Design of Experiments Dynamic Characteristics (DOE Dynamic Characteristics) is a very powerful method of analyzing data over a range of signal values. It is a very advanced method that optimizes a quality characteristic over a range of user selectable responses. The method is very versatile since it can be used when the relationship between data input and output is C-C, C-D, D-C or D-D (C is continuous, D is digital). The method also uses Performance Measurements Independent of Adjustment. Thus, it is an ideal method where a family of products can be objectively optimized with tremendous cost saving and reduced time to market. DOE Dynamic Characteristics allows you to:
  1. Linearize a functional relationship
  2. Calibrate a functional relationship
  3. Idealize a functional relationship
    • C - C analysis - to optimize continuous - continuous transmission
    • C - D analysis - to optimize continuous - digital transmission
    • D - C analysis - to optimize digital - continuous transmission
    • D - D analysis - to optimize digital - digital transmission for 1 or 2 signal
