5S HOUSEKEEPING emphasizes the importance of working hygiene. 5S Housekeeping is based on the Japanese housekeeping practice. 5S is necessary to ensure a clean and orderly working environment with a highly visible management. It helps focus employees to maintain a clean and efficient workplace. It helps them to be aware of their working environment and the state of the tools and machinery they use. This course is designed on a take-back-and-do approach. The course provides a mindset and a checklist for the delegates to take back and implement in their work place.
