Dynamic Control Plan

Introduction

bulletAre your business processes properly controlled?
bulletDo you have a written description of the system for controlling parts and processes?
bulletHow do you communicate the initial quality plan to your employees?

The purpose of this Dynamic Control Plan methodology is to aid in the manufacture of quality products according to customer requirements. It does this by providing a structured approach for the design, selection and implementation of value-added control methods for the total system. Controls Plans provide a written summary description of the systems used in minimizing process and product variation. The intent of the Control Plan form displayed in this section is to provide an example of how this information can be documented. The Control Plan does not replace the information contained in detailed operator instructions This methodology is applicable to a wide range of manufacturing processes and technologies.
