The pre-launch control plan should include additional product/process controls to be implemented until the production process is validated. This Pre-Launch Control Plan mirrors the Production Control Plan with the addition of any quality checks that ensure a high degree of initial quality. The Pre-Launch Control Plan should verify the effectiveness of the Production Control Plan.
