There are 5
First Tier companies and 10 Second Tier companies participating as the
community.
First Tier companies:
The first tier companies
promotes the quality improvement activities (APQP) of the company
through ICT-Manufacturing and also implement a systematic approach to
problem solving using ICT-Manufacturing. They are responsible to use
ICT-Manufacturing in their working environment and to feedback on the
usability of ICT-Manufacturing to the promoter. These companies are to
provide ICT-Manufacturing user specifications (Voice of Customer) and
end user feedback on comments and suggestions.
Second Tier companies:
The Second Tier companies is to
support First Tier companies in the use of ICT-Manufacturing for APQP.
They are also to promote quality improvement activities (APQP) of the
company through using ICT-Manufacturing and implement a systematic
approach to problem solving using ICT-Manufacturing. Their
responsibilities includes matching First Tier company’s expectation of
quality, productivity and cost improvements, to use ICT-Manufacturing
in their working environment and to feedback on the usability of
ICT-Manufacturing to the promoter. These Second Tier companies is to
contribute ICT-Manufacturing the user specifications (Voice of
Customer) and provide end user feedback on comments and suggestions.
