Smart Partners

A smart partner is defined as an organization that will participate in the project from the design stage of the project until the project obtains the grant and starts implementing the project. A smart partner should have a clear strategic role, responsibility and contribution towards the project. In our definition, smart partnerships must be willing to venture in a win-win-win situation, in risk-taking and reward sharing, and must unite towards one common action. In relation to engaging public and private entities, applicants are advised to submit a letter of support or commitment by the respective parties.

Our Products

Belmah Strategies can conduct industrial or engineering research for you.

bullet

Conducting Research For Manufacturing, we can often conduct the research in your premises using your resources. This means that reproducibility of your research is very high at a very low cost. Our great strength: We exhaust Product and Process optimization before we suggest capital expenditure. For Service, we can conduct extensive customer surveys to identify customer perceptions of your service delivery. This means that specific action can be taken to improve your service.

bullet

Data Analyses We help researchers (e.g. industrial engineers, students in MBA, MSc, MPhil or PhD) to set out their programs in a more informed and systematic manner. Currently, most researchers are setback in experimentation and they learn by trial and error. Superimpose that with mistakes and research programs take much more resources and the nerves of the research degrees committee. Why learn by mistakes all the time? We offer several methods for research in industry, engineering
and other sciences.

bullet

In-House and Public Training Synergy is not accidental or even incidental. Business success depends on employees working towards a common goal. This convergence does not happen by chance. People have to be trained. Often, even for the most fundamental of things. Whether it is In-House or Public training needs, we can customize our programs to suit your specific needs in Continuous Improvement, Breakthrough Improvement or Total Quality Management:
bullet

Continuous Improvement With people and processes, Continuous Improvement represents a
journey that constantly strives to be better.

bullet

Breakthrough Improvement While continuous improvement is fundamental to people and
processes, Breakthrough Improvement allow step increases in people and process performance.

bullet

Total Quality Management  Companies today are driven by the need to compete on a multitude of
factors. Quality conscious managers are increasingly aware of the need to optimize products,
processes, service and standards for competitive success.

bullet

Implementing Quality Programs Sometimes companies need facilitation on implementation. This may well be after an In-House or Public training program. Facilitation reduces the complexities inherent in implementation. Whatever the case, we provide post training support in:
bullet

Research & Development Research & Development is a corporate strategy to reduce product development time and provide generic optimization so that families of products can be developed simultaneously. Time to Market  Time to Market is a collection of tools and techniques to enable the quick marketing of products and services. It uses a variety of methods to speed up product or service identification and process definition to achieve customer satisfaction.
