1. Templates

Templates:
SPE stands for Staff Performance Evaluation. A manager can track staff performance using this module.

Before using this module, suitable templates must be created. The Templates page does this by providing a means to create new templates or list templates that have been created before. The View link allows the manager to view an existing template as shown in the next paragraph.


2. Questionnaire

A detailed view of a questionnaire is shown here together with the marks allocated for that question. How does a manager create this template?


3. Employee Review

Employee Review:
The Employee Review allows a manage to see the records of a particular staff in one or more Templates. To view a particular staff, a manager can click on the Employee tab. Review Details show the staff reviews available for the particular staff.

If a Departmental Manager wants to manage the staff reviews in his/her area, the manager can use the Department tab. Review Details show the staff reviews available for the particular staff.

4. Employee Review Report

Employee Review Report:
In the Employee Review Report, a manager can select an individual staff and view all the staff's performances. A bar graph also shows all the performances.


5. Employee SPE

Employee SPE:
In the Employee SPE, a manager can see a staff performance more specifically for a From and a To date range.



6. Cumulative Employee SPE

Cumulative Employee SPE:
The Cumulative Employee SPE page allows a manager to compare several employees SPE ratings. The manager must select a From and To date for the comparison. The manager can also Choose the Employees List whom the manager wants to compare. The comparison can also be done using either the Employee ID or Employee Name.
