Six Sigma Yellow Belt Introduction
This course is designed to provide a broad understanding of Six Sigma concept. It provides overall process and basic process improvement tools.
The DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) methodology is presented with case studies and class-room simulation. The course focuses on process improvement tools. The hands on approach provide a take-back-and-do value.
