The Six Sigma Black Belt Training course introduces advance tools like Design of Experiments, Cycle Time reduction and JIT. The delegates are trained to develop holistic Business Quality and customer satisfaction while sustaining the business performance improvement. Companies will benefit by having knowledgeable and trained Black Belt personnel who can facilitate the rapid development of their quality system and in the improvement of business performance.

The training will be conducted using iCT-M ® software. The delegates will have the benefit of using the software free for 30 days.
