DOE Problem Solving

DOE Problem Solving

DOE Problem Solving - for Six Sigma, APQP and TQM projects

DOE Problem Solving Introduction

  • Do you have a difficult process or product related problem?
  • Do you have a system you paid lots of money but which just does not work?
  • Do you have nagging problems which you don't seem to understand?
  • Do you need computer simulation of some process or product performance?
  • Do have low Process and Product yields?

Design of Experiments (DOE Problem Solving) is practicing what we preach. We stand by our training and use the same techniques for breakthrough improvements utilizing the full capacity of our expertise. On completion, we submit a report of our investigation, findings and recommendations. Although we often achieve breakthrough improvements, we cannot guarantee one. Consequently, we offer a No gain - No fee option after an initial consideration of the problem and remuneration agreement.

Benefits Of Attending The DOE Problem Solving

The DOE Problem Solving enables your company to:

  • Benefit from process and product improvement at breakthrough levels.
  • Withhold Capital Expense before process and product optimization is exhausted.
  • Optimize your process or product without capital costs.
  • Optimize a family of products.

Who Should Attend The DOE Problem Solving ?

DOE Problem Solving is not a training program. No attendees are needed. Problem Solving is beneficial to any organization where a system has a significant cost impact. It can be applied when a system has not been successfully understood because there are far too many variables. Often, OEM's who inherit advanced systems that have not been optimized for local assembly may find this very cost effective. It is particularly useful where several other methods have failed.
