The list of Steps for ISO implementation can be Edited by the company. Simply check the steps needed and uncheck steps that are not needed.

5. Schedule

Schedule:

The Schedule is an integral part of ISO Tool Kit. This page shows all the 20 main steps of implementation and the associated sub-steps in a clear directory structure.

The Schedule also shows the Templates and Documents that a company can use  during its ISO implementation.

Templates are example documents that a company can copy, edit or use during the implementation process. There are no restrictions on copying these files for the company's own use provided the company is an authorized user of iCT-M.

Documents are typically  PowerPoint, Word or Excel files that the company may use as examples of for reference or training.

6. Task Report

Task Report:

The Task Report is an interesting feature of iCT-M ISO Tool Kit. Every step identified in the Schedule can be assigned to a responsible person. The person who assigns the task is an Assignor and the person carrying out the task is an Assignee.

When an Assignor assigns a task to an Assignee, the task will appear in the Individual Employee Work Details as shown below.

7. Individual Employee Task Details

The Assignee can then post the Reply Details. The Assignor will then be able to see the status of the work done. If work is ongoing, the Assignee can save his/her work status.

Once submitted, the Reply Details are finalized and cannot be changed.
