Service Cycle Time Training

Service Cycle Time

Service Quality - Trainings for Service Quality projects

Service Cycle Time

Everywhere one goes for a service, one is kept waiting for one thing or another. Waiting is present almost everywhere. In some instances one has to queue to get a queue number only to find out that he or she is in a wrong line or queue. Where is the bottleneck? Who is responsible for it?

Benefits of Attending the Service Cycle Time Training

  • Study a process objectively,
  • Study the total time,
  • Identify the waiting time,
  • Study the time contributions by stations,
  • Identify the mean and standard deviation of times for each step,
  • Draw a X Chart and Moving Average Chart,
  • Simulate the process improvement,
  • Generate a report

The Service Cycle Time training will enable the delegates to isolate process steps and study each steps objectively. The overall average cycle time is read cumulatively. The delegates are trained to visualize each process steps individually. Likewise the delegates can scrutinize each process steps closely and any improvement activities can be acted upon immediately. Delegates will be taught how easily the mean and standard deviation of each process step can be calculated by collecting simple data. The overall data can be displayed as an X-bar – moving Range chart automatically for better understanding.

Upon identifying the processes for improvement the delegates can put in place the desired changes for improvement purposes. After an improvement action is taken, the expected process for the near-short term is simulated as so as to see what the possible gains are.

Who Should Attend Service Cycle Time Training ?

Personnel from quality, customer complaints, corporate services, counter services will find this training most suitable.
