PCP - Production Control Plan Training

PCP - Production Control Plan Training - Learn and practice the use of PCP.

PCP - Prototype Control Plan – Trainings for APQP, Six Sigma and TQM

Prototype Control Plan Introduction

The production control plan is a written description of the systems for controlling parts and processes. The production control plan is a living document and should be updated to reflect the addition/deletion of controls based on experience gained by producing parts. The production control plan is a logical extension of the pre-launch control plan. Mass production provides the producer the opportunity to evaluate output, review the control plan and make appropriate changes. The purpose of the production control plan is to control potential non-conformances during or prior to initial production runs. Examples are:

  • More frequent inspection
  • More in-process and final check points
  • Statistical evaluations
  • Increased audits

Benefits Of Attending The PCP – Prototype Control Plan Training

The course enables the delegates to:

  • Understand the Control Plan process
  • Correlate the Control Plan process with the APQP cycle
  • Identify how Control Plans benefit your organization
  • Satisfies the current and target customers
  • Learn to construct a Control Plan

Who Should Attend The Production Control Plan Training?

Quality assurance, engineering and other process personnel responsible for preparing, monitoring and controlling production processes.
